How to change wallpaper on your Android Device

So you just got a brand new shiny Android device and you are looking for a way to get rid of that boring default wallpaper? Well, look no further because we are here to help you get something that you want set on your device. Each device comes with a number of pre-installed static wallpapers, along with live wallpapers which users can select. Fortunately, you are not stuck with these, and you can install just about anything you want, so if you are looking for something different hop in the Android Market and download one of the many wallpaper apps available, and browse for one you like. Once you find and save a wallpaper that you want to your device, you have two different options of how to set it, so let's take a look at those. 

1. From your home screen press menu   , then select wallpapers or from your app drawer select your gallery icon
2. Navigate your gallery to find the picture you wish to set as the wallpaper and click on it
3. Use the box to select the portion of the wallpaper you want to use
4. In the lower left corner you will accept the size, then wait a second for it to set as wallpaper
5. Once you receive a confirmation that it has been set, hit the home button and view your wallpaper

If you happen to hit the home button before the device confirms that the wallpaper is set, it may not actually set it so you will have to go back and do it all again. Error on the side of caution and give it a few seconds to complete and set itself as the wallpaper.

How to format an SD card

Formatting on a Computer

1. Insert the small micro SD card into slot located at the bottom of the the larger SD card adapter. Insert the combination into the computer’s SD card slot

2. Open the "My Computer" 3. Right-click on the drive your micro SD card is inserted into and choose the "Format" option from the menu that appears. Click the "Start" button at the bottom of the "Format" menu.

Formatting With a Cellphone 
1. Insert the Sandisk micro SD card into the card slot on your cellphone. The card slots on some older micro SD enabled phones is behind the phone's battery. Power your phone down before removing the battery.
2. Hit your phone's menu button. In the menu, locate the "Settings" or "Setting and Tools" option. Browse the "Settings" menu for the "Memory" option. 3. Locate the "Card Memory" option from and then choose the format option to erase the SD card.

Latest Flytouch 3 Firmware

Procedure:

1. Download the firmware & save to micro SD card
2. While the tablet is off insert the micro SD card
3. Turn it on and wait for it to update
4. Status on the screen will show the progress
5. Once done updating the tablet will automatically shut down
6. Remove the SD card & turn it back on!
7. You are done!

Set Wi-Fi Sleep Policy to Never on Flytouch

A lot of Flytouch users have reported an issue with Wi-fi that turns off on its own after a period of time. There is actually a setting on the device that can be adjusted in order for it to keep from disconnecting. All you need to do is to set the wi-fi sleep policy to 'never'. Although this may drain some of the battery life, it will alleviate the headaches from wi-fi disconnecting. 

1. Open 'SETTINGS' icon on the home screen

How to Connect Flytouch to the TV via HDMI

This will work for playing movies or presentations in MP4 format or YouTube videos using YouTube App:

1. Connect the tablet to the TV via mini HDMI to HDMI and change the TV settings to the appropriate source
